Our Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Eligible for Return
- Unworn and unwashed items in original condition
- Items with all original tags and packaging intact
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items marked as final sale
- Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
How It Works

Initiate a Request
Email us at support@mirayabymuskan.com with your order number and reason for return.

Ship It Back
Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label via email. Pack the item securely and drop it off.

Get Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Amount is credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Mention it in your return request and we'll ship the new item once we receive the original.
